For more than 20 years, Megan has worked in the behavioral health field, driven by a passion for supporting children, youth, and families. Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, she has dedicated her career to expanding access to quality mental health services and helping communities thrive.

As the Director of Child and Family Programming at a local mental health agency, she oversees and helps develop behavioral health programs and services that support youth and families across seven counties in Northwest Ohio. Her work focuses on building effective services, supporting clinical teams, and strengthening partnerships that improve outcomes for children and families.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and watching classic movies.
